1964 Gibson J200
This is a very rare top of the line Super Jumbo acoustic guitar in factory
sunburst finish. Its' massive 17" body is constructed from Michigan Maple with a solid spruce top. It is crack free and in very good condition. There is some pick wear around the sound hole but no stuctural problems. The action is excellent all the way up the neck. Plenty of frets left. All parts are 100% original including the Tun-o-matic bridge and the pickguard. This guitar plays like a dream. Like most J 200 it is not overly boomy, rather a very usable even sound that records very well. There were only 209 made in 64'. Comes with the original case.
